Since every item is made to order, returns and exchanges are only available for items that arrive damaged, flawed, or with a printing error.

What happens if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We’ve got you covered! If your item arrives damaged or defective, just reach out to us via the Contact Us page within 7 days of delivery. We’ll issue a refund or send a replacement—no questions asked. Be sure to include your order number, a photo, and/or video so we can make it right fast!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because all of our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference. However, if there’s a quality issue or your item arrives damaged, we’ll happily replace it or offer a refund.
